Have you ever heard of Cycle & Soak?
Cycle & Soak is a watering method that could solve the problem of losing valuable water. Cycle & Soak is utilizing your timer to run through all the zones multiple times for shorter durations and then turn off the system. This allows multiple start times to run for only a few minutes for each zone. Turn the system off for an hour or so and then turn on for a few minutes per zone again. And REPEAT. This is cycling and soaking (cycling through the zones and soaking water into the soil). If you have city or county water you pay for EVERY GALLON of water. By using the Cycle and Soak watering routine you are saving money on your water bill because you are reducing your water time and allowing the water to soak in more efficiently. Always watch your lawn closely to ensure grass has enough water. Irrigation timers have an A, B, and C program if further modification is required.

3.5 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 – 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon instant coffee
Heat milk and cream over medium heat (do not let boil, just before simmer). Remove pot from heat, add chocolate, and whisk until chocolate is melted. Next, whisk in the remaining ingredients.
